Tosca Townhomes offer 1 bed + 2 bath as well as 2 bed + 2 bath layouts. These are conveniently located close to Snowcreek Athletic Club and the popular Mammoth shuttle. Each property has a large attached 2 car garage and plenty of storage lockers.

These properties were built from 2005-2006 which makes them a newer complex in Mammoth Lakes area. HOA dues are generally lower at this complex, ranging from $300 to $350 a month. The highest sold unit went for $465,000 (Feb 2008) and the lowest sold went for $85,000 (Nov 2011).

Snow Country properties were built in 1982-1983 with 2 available floorplans including a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom or a 3 bedroom/loft + 3 bathroom. This complex is very well maintained and HOA dues range from $620 to $800. Snow Country is located close to the Snowcreek Athletic Club as well as the free town shuttle.

The highest sold condo went for $685,000 (Apr 2019) and the lowest sold went for $325,000 (Feb 2013). The complex is surrounded by pine trees and is a 2 minute drive from the Village.

Powder Reef properties are nestled in Old Mammoth area on a quiet and peaceful street where you can often view the wildlife of the area. It is less than a block to Snowcreek Athletic Club as well as the first stop on the free mountain shuttle service. It is also less than a block from the new Mammoth bike trail and walking path. 

 

 

 

All of these units were built from 2004-2005 with a 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom layout. HOA fees range from $300 to $375. The highest sold property went for $730,000 (Jul. 2006) and the lowest sold went for $340,000 ( Jan. 2011).

The highest sold Snowbird property was a 3 bedroom+ loft for $800,000 (October 2017) and the lowest sold was a 1 bedroom+ loft $270,000( January 2012)
