Winterset Townhomes were built in 1984-1985 with layouts including 2 bed/2 bed up to a 3 bed/ 3 bath. There is a shuttle stop to Eagle Lodge directly in front of the complex which makes it easy to hit the slopes. The Village/Main Lodge bus stop is on the other corner, making this the ideal location to get anywhere in town! These homes are perfect for second home or as a primary residence in Mammoth. Wildrose is a smaller condo complex built from 1980-1982 with varying floorplans. You will find these properties at 63 Arrowhead Drive. These units do not come on the market very often and they are desirable due to close location and plenty of parking. The highest sold unit went for $455,000 (Dec. 2006) and the lowest sold went for $197,000 ( July 2016). Floorplans range from 795 sq. ft. with 1 bed/ 1.5 bath to 1350 sq. ft with 2 bed+ loft/ 3 bath. The only amenity included in and located at this complex is the spa.

Villa De Los Pinos residents have access to a beautiful courtyard offering tennis courts, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, swimming pool, spa and a large grass area. The Tamarack condo complex is in walking distance to schools, Vons, skating rink and other restaurants. They were between 1970 and 1973 with either a 2 bed/ 2.5 bath or a 2 bed+ loft/ 2.5 bath layout.  The lowest sold condo went for $166,500 (June 2013) and the highest sold went for $530,000 (June 2006). HOA dues are $475 which includes access to the pool and hot tub.

Meridian Villas

Meridian Villas condo complex was built from 1977-1980 with a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout. Its close location to Sierra Star Golf Course and to shuttle stops make for easy enjoyment of all Mammoth has to offer. 

The highest sold condo went for $303,000 (Aug. 2005) and the lowest sold went for $90,000 ( Mar. 2013). HOA dues are on the lower end for Mammoth ranging from $275-$350 per month.
