Snowcreek VII, also known as Creekhouse has a completed 16 condos completed as of June 2014.  The project still is being built as of May 2015 with a projected 70 plus units.

Snowcreek’s Creekhouse offers great views of the Sherwin’s and all complexes have attached garages. The complexes are also located near Mammoths town pedestrian trail which loops through all of Mammoth.

Built in 2005, the Lodges are one of Snowcreeks  newest projects.  The Lodges have some of the best views of mammoth including Mammoth Rock, The Sherwin Mountains, Owens Valley, and the Snowcreek Golf course.
