West-facing units typically have ski slope and Mountain views and some offer fantastic views of The Mammoth Crest.HOA dues include all utilities except telephone, just like Juniper Springs Lodge. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans available. Average sizes are approx 560 sqft, 813 sqft and 1150 sqft, respectively.Summertime visitors benefit from the paved trail down along the Valentine Preserve and out to the Snowcreek Meadow. The Lower Juniper mountain bike trail also lets out right next to JSL.
