La Residence IV / V

Originally associated with Mountain Shadows (which used to be La  Residence I / II / III), this project has studios,  studio+lofts, 1-bedrooms and 1-bedroom + lofts.  Well managed and still  loved by many original homeowners, it has one of the lowest HOA dues in  town.  This in in part due to the annual homeowners weekend in summer  where owners pitch in 2 hours of labor to beautify the project and then  socialize at a BBQ.

Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court, horseshoe pit and BBQ area.
