Situated right on the slopes at Chari 15 / Little Eagle, these  townhomes built by Intrawest in 2000 offer ski-in/ski-out access to the  slopes, good views to the east and heated underground parking.  The floorplans are smaller which is typical of most Intrawest projects and the HOA dues are high, but you can't beat the access. 

When you are rushing to ski down to Chair 15 at 4:29pm so that  you can maximize your lift ticket and take one more run, you'll be glad  you can ski right to your front door, change clothes and hop in one of  two outdoor hot tubs and watch the alpen glow on the Sherwin Mountain  range.
